Introduction

FASTINVENTORY is a specialized multi-tenant inventory management and Point of Sale (POS) solution. Designed for efficiency, it allows business owners to manage multiple outlets, track stock movements, and process sales in real-time through a secure, cloud-based infrastructure.

Your data is isolated and protected. Each business operates within its own secure tenant environment, with support for custom branding and domains.

Quick Start Guide

1. Register Business

Create your account and define your core business settings and currency.

2. Set Up Outlets

Add your physical store locations to track inventory across different regions.

3. Add Products

Define your catalog, set cost/selling prices, and assign SKUs for easy tracking.

4. Start Selling

Process sales through the POS terminal and watch your stock levels update live.

System Access

FASTINVENTORY is a web-based platform. You can access your dashboard from any modern web browser without installing additional software.

Cloud Platform

  1. Log in to your workspace URL (e.g., business.fastinventory.biz).
  2. Assign roles (Outlet Admin, Accountant, Sales Rep) to your staff members.
  3. Staff members can log in using their credentials from any device.
